With the considerable experience of the design team, we can advise on the suitability of any design.
The team will be able to discuss the various issues arising from any proposal, be it engineering problems, safety aspects or simply economics.
If an existing or similar example of a required element is available for examination, the option of "reverse engineering" is usually available.
Should this not be an option, show us a sketch of what is required and we can discuss it and take the proposal through to production. Customers can be assured that our experience and professionalism enable us to remain competitive.

Testing of elements, particularly custom designs, necessarily depends on the testing procedures required by regulatory specifications and standards to be met, if any. And of course, we can establish that any design fulfils performance expectations and specifications. 
BJC have a full range of sophisticated testing equipment and facilities, as much for our own purposes as for our customers.

We can undertake the repair of virtually any element that is broken or has failed, especially those difficult to replace or perhaps obsolete.
